Rates:

$850/week (two people)

$150/night, three night minimum (two people)

Third person: an additional $25/night or $75/week

Local and state taxes:  10%

Reservations are held with a credit card, check or cash deposit.

Policies:

CANCELLATION POLICY:  48 hours cancellation notice required for a full refund.  Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will be charged one night’s rental.

DAMAGE/LOSS POLICY:  Guests will be charged for any damaged or missing items. 

PET POLICY:  Well-behaved pets are welcome.  Please keep pets off of furniture.  Do not leave pets unattended in the cottage. 

SMOKING POLICY: Aunt Becky's Cottage is a NO smoking facility.  guests who smoke indoors will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
